How we work
The Flopac method
All our trouble shooting work comes fully guaranteed, no cure no pay.
Step 1
First we will thoroughly familiarise ourselves with the situation. Map the application, the parameters, and the intended or the desired operation.
Step 2
In close cooperation with the users, we gather more detailed information about the symptoms, the first manifestation of the problem, any recent changes, the recurrence frequency, the suspected triggers, and so on.
Step 3
With the background information in hand, we get hands-on and start the root cause analysis. Here our extensive experience in shaft sealing systems helps us develop theories about the root cause. The culprit is usually found quickly — to date, we have not left any challenge unresolved.
Step 4
Considering various methods such as refurbishment, retrofitting or replacement, Flopac proposes the most economical solution to debottleneck and/or improve your sealing application. All work comes fully guaranteed — no cure, no pay.
