HMF 2.5 / 5 /10 Ltr.
Stand-alone make-up and topping-up units for refilling operations on pressurised and non-pressurised seal flushing systems. Best suited for integration within a seal flushing system, retrofitting options available. Designed, engineered and built in-house by Flopac.
Standard configuration
A high quality stainless steel Micropac® robust and compact hand pump with:
- Highly efficient stroke capacity, refill time 1~3 minutes per system
- Hard chrome plated stainless steel piston rod for durable operation
- Stainless steel liquid reservoir of 2.5, 5 or 10 L (5 L recommended)
- Pressure capability up to 200 bar (standard 40 bar)
- Overload protection valve
- 9/16″ UNF high-pressure charging connection, alternatives on request
Ordering code
HMF – V – MC – P
- V = seal liquid reservoir volume in litres: 2.5, 5 or 10
- MC = material configuration, W: anodised alloy for mineral oils and water; SW: stainless steel / bronze for mineral oils, water and most other liquids
- P = maximum charge pressure in barg: 16, 25, 40, 60, 100, 160 or 200, select a range ≥20% above the desired charging pressure
Example ordering code
Ordering code HMF-5-SW-40: a make-up/refill unit with a 5 L reservoir, constructed mainly of stainless steel 316. Nominal pressure capacity 40 barg, best selected for a maximum operational pressure of 32 barg.
