HMS 20/2
Our most convenient mobile make-up and topping-up unit for refilling operations on pressurised and non-pressurised seal flushing systems. One mobile refill unit charges multiple seal flushing systems, reducing cost and service needs. Prefer fixed units per system? Refer to our HMF range. Designed, engineered and built in-house by Flopac.
Standard configuration
A high quality stainless steel Micropac® robust and compact hand pump with:
- Highly efficient stroke capacity, refill time 1~3 minutes per system
- Pressure capability up to 200 bar depending on stroke volume (standard 40 bar)
- Hard chrome plated stainless steel piston rod for a long service life
- Stainless steel liquid reservoir, 20 L
- Stainless steel 2-wheel trolley
- 3 m high pressure hose with SS high pressure quick connector
- Stainless steel pressure gauge
- Overload protection valve
- Pressure release valve
Ordering code
HMS – V/2 – MC – P
- V = seal liquid reservoir volume in litres: 10, 20 or 50 (50 L only on clean, flat and hard surfaces, otherwise refer to HMS 50/4)
- MC = material configuration, W: anodised alloy for mineral oils and water; SW: stainless steel / bronze for mineral oils, water and most other liquids
- P = maximum charge pressure in barg: 16, 25, 40, 60, 100, 160 or 200, select a range ≥20% above the desired charging pressure

Ordering code HMS-20/2-SW-40: a mobile make-up/refill unit with a 20 L reservoir on a 2-wheel trolley, constructed mainly of stainless steel 316. Nominal pressure capacity 40 barg, best selected for a maximum operational pressure of 32 barg.
